This Cancellation Policy applies to orders placed using the Zoooto Food & Grocery Delivery app, operated by Sirsho Global Private Limited.
SECTION 1 – Avoid Cancellations After Order Acceptance
Zoooto is committed to reducing food waste, supporting local restaurants, and ensuring efficient grocery delivery services.
Food Orders: If you cancel an order after it has been accepted by the restaurant, a 100% cancellation fee may be charged, as the food preparation may have already begun.
Grocery Orders: If you cancel an order after it has been accepted by the store, a cancellation fee may apply depending on the items ordered, as packaging and preparation for dispatch may have already started.
SECTION 2 – Cancellation Process
If you need to cancel an order, please do so as soon as possible and before the order is accepted by the restaurant or grocery store.
Cancellations made after acceptance will be subject to the charges mentioned in Section 1.
To cancel an order, please use the Zoooto app at the earliest opportunity.
SECTION 3 – Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive damaged, spoiled, or incorrect food or grocery items, Zoooto may issue a refund after verification.
Please contact our customer support team with relevant details and evidence (such as images) to help us resolve the issue promptly.
SECTION 4 – Payment Method Restrictions
If you choose Cash on Delivery (COD) and cancel the order after dispatch or refuse to pay at the time of delivery, your COD option may be restricted or disabled for future orders.
SECTION 5 – Modification of Policy
Zoooto reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the app or other appropriate channels.
